Stealth Et.sy, what am I missing?

I was hospitalized and got out just to find my Etsy stores and full time income were suspended. This is what I plan to do for stealth.

New bank and cards
New ip and computer
new address
different products
Same last 4 of ssn and same name.

Am I missing something? I’m concerned about the address. I am linked to one address I haven’t used with Etsy before, but it’s in a different area, so will my ip need to match? If that address doesn’t work can I get away with an unlinked address or PO Box? Also I’m the only person on earth with my name. Will that be a problem?
