Last warning Email from Etsy

So one of my bigger shop finally got a last warning Email, surprisingly it's some BS ⊗⊗⊗⊗ copyright that I countered.

From my bans before I got 2 stikes after my last warning email before i was banned. Wondering if anyone else have the same experience?

This is a bigger shop with 30k+ sold items so I'm wondering if I should just take a break for a few months to increase my chance.

Deactivate all the dodgy listings ASAP. But it's I.P. infringements that matter, the copyright infringements don't count if you counter them.

Glad to hear that, how do you know the countered copyright cases don't count against you?

When you submit a counter notice, Etsy gives the other party 10 days to show evidence of a court order taken against you. If none is offered then you may reactivate your listing and continue as if nothing has happened. Etsy wouldn't add it to your tally of infringements when there's no case.

With IP infringements, you don't get that option, you're plain screwed.

Does Etsy usually send that last email letting you know you are banned? Or do they just shut you down?

They are meant to tell you via email, but in my few shut down shops I've never received a final shutdown email.

Oh wow, how many warnings have you had before they shut you down? I got 2 so far and basically just took down my listings couple days after they sent them...

Completely depends. On average probably 6-7 in my experience.

That’s wild! Lol. How many sales did you have for each account? I’ve only heard of 2 -4 warnings from friends and they were shut down no warning.

Legit looking accounts they send a polite shutdown email, and close all accounts linked to it.

If the account is dodgy looking, a paypal only account full of obvious trademarked junk, those they shut down with no warning. Many shut down within a few days of openning because they get so many of them... from here? lol

If pushed they may respond, with a not so polite email lol.

This is not my experience regarding this issue, my shops were not 'obvious trademarked junk' like some of the shops on E*SY selling Guc ci and so on. All were DC shops with verified UK info, 2k+ sales.

I still did not receive shut down emails.

Strange, I received a termination email not long ago.
