Sure. Any mobile internet is great. I use ATT unlimited hotspots for the past few years. Before than Verizon unlimited 3G for $5 a month.

User a search engine and search Connect to internet using bluetooth etc....

Usually you turn on your hot spot.... Then search for it on your internet connections and connect...

New IP every time you switch to airplane mode.
