Hi i need opinion on how to increase sales
I'm watching my competitors doing very good in sales volume

I got older store

We have the same products, similar keywords, tags, etc

But I got very low sales

I know this happens because their products ranked higher. But how is that possible for a newer store?

Any trick behind that?

Etsy's such a drag...a site with 400mil in traffic shouldn't be so hard to get a lot of sales....other sites you list and sell regardless...

Algorithm is very flexible and you can crawl to the first positions with increased sales activity of 2-5 days. Run a sale with % off, do etsy ads, buy from yourself using other accounts, ask your friends/relatives to buy. That will give an initial boost. At the end of the day, your listings conversion rate is a key factor here. And that is achieved by writing converting sales copy, high quality photos and videos and competitive pricing.

Those big sellers have big social media followers. Like from facebook groups and advertising, you tube channels, redit and tiktoc groups. You need to bring your own traffic to etsy.
