Socks5 Porting from IpBurger - Help

I bought some proxies on IPBurger and I want to use them with socks5 protocol on a program I have to create new browser profiles. The program has a txt file for each profile which specifies the proxy & port to use. I was using 911.re and it suddenly went under. Problem is their socks5 credentials were normal looking and it worked in the program. The txt file entry looked like this: socks5://124.0.0.1:12674
But with IPBurger, the credentials they give don't match this format. The server address looks like this: xxx-xx-xx-xxx.ip.fresh.ipb.cloud And there is a username and password as well.
I've tried creating the text file with what they give me for example: SOCKSv5://userass@addressort but it doesn't work. IPBurger customer service is of no help at all. There's got to be a way to do this and I think it's just a syntax error.
Has anyone had to do this before??

After more testing it seems the issue is not limited to socks 5. HTTPS won't work either. I'm sure it's due to the unusual server address. Surely someone has encountered this before.

911 was hacked and shut down their service without warning :( The good days are gone lol

Wouldn't have used that service due to IP reuse/abuse anyhow
