How Long Does Etsy Keep Your Info?

After asking about deleting my information from their platform, they gave me the robot response and in part of it, it said:

"Depending on your account activity (such as whether you've made purchases or sales on Etsy or violated a policy), we may be required to retain certain information for legal, regulatory, tax, security, integrity, or compliance reasons for a limited period of time, after which it will be deleted. This deletion is permanent and your account cannot be reinstated."

So, do they really delete all of my personal info and bank info after a period of time? And if so, does anyone have any idea how much this "limited time" period is?

The reason I ask is, I don't want my existing info on their platform anymore since they shut my seller account down. I do plan to open a stealth account.

I'd just assume that they kept everything for a very long time. Minimum a few years.

Platforms do this to keep people they banned away by linking new accounts to their original ones
