Using Family Members Info with same Address

So I was permanently suspended on Etsy. If I open an Etsy under my family member's name who shares the same address and shares the same last name, will it eventually get shut down in Etsy's system? All other info is totally different. I was thinking of waiting at least 6 months to do this.

If so, is there anyway to reduce the risk at all, perhaps using a different last name when signing up for the account or something? Not sure how that works with verifying bank info, ID, etc.

Hmmm... it'd be best to just not reuse the same info...
