They do require you to verify your identity even if you add your company's details. And you do need to submit an id document of an Etsy approved country. Although I've heard some stories of people submitting id of a non-approved country and still getting away with it.
Have you heard of Estonian e-residency? For 120 euros, the estonian government will send you an e-resident card which can be submitted to Etsy I believe.

I did use my real IP and sent them real ID thy had suspended once because of my IP I explained them the whole situation they reinstated but again my shop was suspended aftr I got my first sale
