Long Time Etsy Account Suspended
I have two shops andddd both are suspended. Short story time:
Shop 1: Was having a record month, 10k in sales first two weeks on May (never did over 5k in a whole month prior to this). Got hit with a random perm (locked out) suspension on Beginning of May. Few days later they emailed me security questions saying they did is because of a suspicious login (makes no sense, I login same computer and wifi everyday). I respond, crickets... Since then I've called twice a week, emailed a few times.. nothing. Got the same email end of may, as I did prior about a suspicious login, responded... you guessed it.... crickets. My appeal I sent in I guess expired after 3 weeks, so I had to send in another appeal. Over 7 weeks later, i'm still locked out. This same exact thing happened to me last year (suspicious login), but I got back in my account after 3 weeks.
Shop 2: Had a listing of a spoon marked as Dr*g Items and a handmade Christmas toilet seat cover that hasn't sold since Christmas randomly get policy violation out of no where. Back to back days, then two days later, out of the blue, I got hit with the perm suspension. Before this I don't think I had any violations except for one last year (same thing with AI taking down listing with certain key word). I've been selling on this account for over a year now, over 800 sales with a 4.5 rating and it just got perm suspended, no coming back support said.
I don't think they linked my accounts, I just don't understand why they're beating around a bush with me. Is there anyone who has a service or connections somehow someway with a higher up? |
