I recently created a new Etsy account using all new information. Etsy asked that I upload an ID for verification, which has been done. It's been almost a week and my account is still frozen. Has anyone had this issue?

There was no time line given. The status is still showing as "pending" and I'm not sure if the best thing to do is upload my ID again or keep waiting it out.

Sometime they can delay over 1 week , if is not accepted they usually send a message to confirm

I have emailed them, no response. There isn't a phone number I can find to call them.

That’s what I figured, I was just curious if anyone else had experienced this. It’s the first time I’ve encountered it in all my years selling on Etsy.

While Etsy asked to upload the id and then the acc is still frozen , are you sure that in the meantime was not suspended ?
Do you see the red banner with the message to apply?

Take a screenshot of your status, and tag Etsy support on twitter. This way you will save time.
