Account Suspending 3 days after first sale
 

My accounts are being suspended I am not sure why, please advise on following:

I have created 2 account and they both suspended.

1 Account suspended 24 hour after creating
2- Account suspended after 30 days, I received 1 sale and after sale account suspended in 3 days.

I appealed and they rejected

what is your source of IP and your phone number on the accounts?

Phone Number I am using is Fak-e as I use Authenticator for 2 Step verification
I used Residential IP to create account

Account was created and was not suspended for month and when I made a first sale it closed down in 3 days.

I was selling handmade product well, it was just downloaded from internet. and also listed product made by AI.

I just listed when i was creating an account. So actually was not selling

But you said you sold an item and then got suspended.
Etsy is very strict with handmade item,but I dont this is the reason why you are suspended

best advice would be to not use any AI or downloaded images

only your own product with your own images uploaded from your phone and description that you wrote yourself

and you better list items that sell

I think you are exaggerating, many digital items contain AI elements

I have created an account with digital product and it has been suspended after 24 hours.

I'm also on the same boat and every single attempt has been banned

so far ive tested:

Using real banks
MulitLog in Browser
Mozilla Incognito Browser (changes fingerprints)
Unique cellphone device never made any etsy on
I use Authenticator App
- IP source socks5 to match account seller's location
- OVPN with Verizon MiFi Device


And always the same:
Banned 48 hours after making into a seller account
Banned 48 hours after first sale

Sometimes sale goes into payment processing then banned soonafter



Any advice is appreciated

Yes they are doing this to all accounts, and yet we do not know how their system is catching that and what is an issue. I believe may be the credit card added on account they are not getting the detail matching with Card or Bank account.

However, there is no way they are catching that,

Anyone who can find the way, please tell us

They can't see the details of the credit card by default so I doubt that - unless there is no balance on the card?

digital products should not be sold at all , will likely get you banned on any account

You think no balance on the card will deny??

I make sure i dont get the credit card charged until I have accepted a payment.

Usually listing fees are charged end of the month so i make my accounts take first payment the 1st or 2nd week so the $.60 listing fee is charged from the balance and doesnt charge the credit card

We still do not know why they are suspending account, if any one know , please tell us

There are test charges that occur here and there to make sure card is valid - you are using a real credit card or virtual?
