Account Suspending 3 days after first sale
 

My accounts are being suspended I am not sure why, please advise on following:

I have created 2 account and they both suspended.

1 Account suspended 24 hour after creating
2- Account suspended after 30 days, I received 1 sale and after sale account suspended in 3 days.

I appealed and they rejected

what is your source of IP and your phone number on the accounts?

Phone Number I am using is Fak-e as I use Authenticator for 2 Step verification
I used Residential IP to create account

Account was created and was not suspended for month and when I made a first sale it closed down in 3 days.

I was selling handmade product well, it was just downloaded from internet. and also listed product made by AI.

I just listed when i was creating an account. So actually was not selling

But you said you sold an item and then got suspended.
Etsy is very strict with handmade item,but I dont this is the reason why you are suspended

best advice would be to not use any AI or downloaded images

only your own product with your own images uploaded from your phone and description that you wrote yourself

and you better list items that sell

I think you are exaggerating, many digital items contain AI elements

I'm also on the same boat and every single attempt has been banned

so far ive tested:

Using real banks
MulitLog in Browser
Mozilla Incognito Browser (changes fingerprints)
Unique cellphone device never made any etsy on
I use Authenticator App
- IP source socks5 to match account seller's location
- OVPN with Verizon MiFi Device


And always the same:
Banned 48 hours after making into a seller account
Banned 48 hours after first sale

Sometimes sale goes into payment processing then banned soonafter



Any advice is appreciated

Yes they are doing this to all accounts, and yet we do not know how their system is catching that and what is an issue. I believe may be the credit card added on account they are not getting the detail matching with Card or Bank account.

However, there is no way they are catching that,

Anyone who can find the way, please tell us

They can't see the details of the credit card by default so I doubt that - unless there is no balance on the card?

digital products should not be sold at all , will likely get you banned on any account

I make sure i dont get the credit card charged until I have accepted a payment.

Usually listing fees are charged end of the month so i make my accounts take first payment the 1st or 2nd week so the $.60 listing fee is charged from the balance and doesnt charge the credit card

We still do not know why they are suspending account, if any one know , please tell us

There are test charges that occur here and there to make sure card is valid - you are using a real credit card or virtual?

so im guessing theyre virtual credit cards.

Sutton bank is blacklisted.

but also i am trying my real personal banks and even those arent passing

Mostly Etsy won't block you:
1. residental IP
2. Real bank account
3. real phone number
4. Do NOT sell digital at the beginning.

As for phone number, i use authenticator app. is this a bad way to make an etsy account?

I have today created an account, with following and it got suspended.

Real Phone
Real Bank
Residential Proxy

Account suspended after few hours.

you can start by opening the account on your phone , listing a handmade physical item and upload a number of photos for it all of which must have been made from the same phone and uploaded from there. bank must be strictly a large high street bank , phone local mobile number from major provider

when you say "from the same phone" so do you use ebay app ??? Cause uploading it on the browser even on the same phone would be seen as its seperate device anyway

Can you run the listing pics through a metadata remover ? Wil that make it hard for Etsy to say no to pics

Account will get suspended after 1 sale. Take around 24 hours and they will suspend. Update us

So far so good. No deposit yet into the bank. I’ll ship the order tomorrow.

Credit card is real

Bank is real both Halifax.

Only thing that’s the same is my name. Everything else is diff.

Weirdly though I was auto verified so I didn’t need to upload any id.

Can you indicate how you went about creating it?

Did you use: a new PC or an anti-spy browser?
What type of IP did you use: proxy or mobile hotspot?
Is the user data you gave them real?
Did they ask you for a document during the registration phase?
What bank did you connect?
Does the bank account have the same name as the etsy account?

For me now every ETSY account is banned, either after the first sale or a few days after creation.

I still fall under that quota mate. O my thing av found strange so far is I was already auto verified!!! Didn’t need to upload docs. Used my real name. But everything else is diff.

Have you use proxy ? Residential proxy or what?
