Best residential proxy for Etsy stealth?

I have seen alot of mentions of IPBurger, but I have also seen some people saying that it is no longer the best. Looking for opinions. I have been looking at smartproxy. Does the proxy need to be static?

are you in the usa physically? many options like Residential IP and cellphone hotspot exist

Smartproxy is worse than the other one, the proxy doesn't need to be static. If you have 4G plan on your phone and can use it as a hotspot, it will be the best option

Okay so i have account sitting for 2yrs of course im in the US and im using the ipburger for diff country...So logging in is okay..when trying to access the page to edit the banking it goes gray. And for a millisecond a message pops up ipbur....etc....i contact etsy like 3x they suggestion i use android or tablet or use different internet access. But i cant because im using the ipburger...So i see its they to me have a ban on the ipburger.

what is your browser and OS?
