I think this is why my accounts are blocked.In the past, you could open an account with a made-up personal identification number, but now you can't.

Well, I have 4 accounts at the moment (myself, my husband, father-in-law,mother-in-law), none added the VAT yet. Work well

Problem solved account opened,Latvia cannot open a new account with payoneer.It can only be added after the account has been trading and verified for some time.

yes there still ways but in the chinese seller communities id theft so common now
people sell worldwide ids on public social media and ccp dont do anything about it.

About the ID theft, you can have a try to see how hard it is. And talking about selling the IDs on social media, everyone can buy it and do you think it is safe to create Etsy accounts?
