eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - Sell non handmade staff on etsy?

this is something I've never been reported for. I mean my items are hand made but I've seen stories where people take photos of every step of the creation process and Et.sy still turn them away.

I suppose if you are buying from Ali express it is still hand made, just in some massive factory where workers are paid so little. Its a shame Et.sy doesn't really stand for what it advertises, would be a much nicer place if it did.

It seems like they are very random with who they accept. I will say, before I was shut down, I got emails from a random person, stating they wanted to come see my shop since they were local, I told my store was based in a different state. I think that may have got me flagged. I would say be careful with emails that come through. etsy probably reads them.

I tried to sell non-handmade items on etsy in 2014 first.. It was christmas. I was very successful. Then they found me and closed one of my shops and let other shops do business without that item.

Then in 2015; I had to sell those items left in my stock. I opened 3 brand new shops.. The first one closed immediately. other ones closed in 6 months. I had a very few items in my stock and stopped opening a new store more.

Selling non-handmade items is hard but not impossible. However; I made a mistake and do not advice anyone selling non handmade items on etsy.:) Somebody will surely report you.

I suppose but there are many non handmade items being made on etsy and they have been open for years with a good technique to making it seem homemade
