Nethunter: Any expert users here?

I'm trying to figure out which way to go. Nexus 7 tablet or Nexus 5 or 6 phone.

I know the phone has a better CPU and Ram but cant figure out why there's many Nexus 7 tablets on ebay but no Nexus 5 or 6 phones with nethunter installed. Price maybe?

If there are any experts on here I'd like some advice. Is the Nexus 7 tablet as workable as the phone? Pro's / Con's?

all n7 tablets are now so old and slow. i would never use that crap ever again. ive had both.

as far as nethunter, a quick google search shows tons of testing with 6 and 6p phones. feels like the safer route to me

N7 2012 version you can get monitor mode with the internal wifi chip
but as user above said n7's are not worth it anymore

and theres no point getting a nexus 9 or 10 you might aswell get a laptop / notebook
and install kali on it

if your gonna go with a phone i suggest oneplus
nexus 6 is crap
5 is old

My understanding is the mobile or tablet would only be used to capture the handshake and the data packet would be run against a word list offline on a desktop. I possibly should have worded my question differently. Just to be specific of what I'm thinking about using it for.

Or is that what we're all talking about and tablets not even good for that?

I'd love to get the One-Plus-One and install myself. But I'd probably end up bricking it.

Yh you can capture it from the tab / phone then transfer the .cap file to your computer and run a wordlist against it
but theres easier methods like the wps attacks that can be done directly from nethunter

and its pretty simple to install
all you need to do is root, install a custom recovery then flash the nethunter zip
theres no way you can brick a oneplus you can always flash a clean rom through bootloader
