Any (true) tall stories?

I was telling a group of people a story the other day, and they just did not believe me...
we were discussing Greek islands and holidays, and I said once in Corfu and went on a boat that sank , so we had to swim back, but we swam the wrong way, and ended up in Albania, and nearly died from currents and exhaustion.......

I have loads of stories like that.....anyone else got one? - must be true though.
