Happy New Year 2017!!! *the forum turns 10 years old!
 

Another year goes by and the forum *nearly* turns 10 years old!

What I did in 2016:

• This year I lived in Thailand for a month.
• I bought a new house and took several months to improve the house before moving in (so much work!).
• I learned all about home improvement skills such as painting (whole house), fixing holes in walls, refinishing floors, minor electrical improvements and so much more. :rant:
• I connected better with my family. :)
• I formed new partnerships and started a new business (you guys don't know about it YET.)
• I worked on streamlining and automating 75% of my tasks (lots more to come)
• I decided I was going to start taking it easy (no more strong stimulants or things that pushed me to work work work)
• And lots more that I'm leaving out.. it's been one of the hardest years of my life but also one of the most fulfilling.

In 2017..
I haven't decided what I want to focus on this year but I suspect it will be on more self improvement, lots of upgrades for the forum, less real estate investing, refining and automating of my online tasks and MORE TRAVELING!

This year I was lucky enough to stumble upon this forum and I am so glad I did. Such a wealth of information here.

In view of the last 6 months, I am only hoping for much brighter and better to come.

New venture being sorted(good earner if done well).
and thé probability of the additon(S) of new puppies.

Definitely going to make sure the shackles of 2016 are removed.

I will bake you all one of my healthy birthday cakes, I do different ones eg. sugar free or paleo, low carb or good fats....they make children cry, pets flee, and even the birds will not eat the crumbs.....
