Happy New Year 2017!!! *the forum turns 10 years old!

Another year goes by and the forum *nearly* turns 10 years old!

What I did in 2016:

• This year I lived in Thailand for a month.
• I bought a new house and took several months to improve the house before moving in (so much work!).
• I learned all about home improvement skills such as painting (whole house), fixing holes in walls, refinishing floors, minor electrical improvements and so much more.
• I connected better with my family.
• I formed new partnerships and started a new business (you guys don't know about it YET.)
• I worked on streamlining and automating 75% of my tasks (lots more to come)
• I decided I was going to start taking it easy (no more strong stimulants or things that pushed me to work work work)
• And lots more that I'm leaving out.. it's been one of the hardest years of my life but also one of the most fulfilling.

In 2017..
I haven't decided what I want to focus on this year but I suspect it will be on more self improvement, lots of upgrades for the forum, less real estate investing, refining and automating of my online tasks and MORE TRAVELING!
