so, just like the other thread running about what you would do with certain amounts for fun...
Here is another question - what amount would you drop your morals for, if you knew you would not get caught.....lots of levels, and you do not get to choose your victim, it is random task...
what would you cheat for? (I might?!)
would you steal?(mmm, maybe)
would anyone kill? (I couldn't)
name some more for me and the amount!!! or are you incorruptible?
if I had less money, I think I could be corrupted......but I need some scenarios to really test that in reality!

what would you cheat for? I wouldn't in a relationship. I cheat in life one way or another every day (e.g. stealth accounts?) though so I'm fairly cheap in this regard.
would you steal? No. I've had too much stolen from me.
would anyone kill? Only if it's me or the other guy. Wouldn't go out and randomly murder someone.

Guess I have to say no since I can't say yes without any qualifiers.

Morals is the most important quality for me in people. Can't hire unethical people.
I can do everything you wrote if I have no other choice and I will drawn in guilt but I will never do it unless it's life or death... I would probably take Hitler down if I had the chance...

Kill? No amount - money can't help for the psychological change I would experience KNOWINGLY killing someone...I'm not geared like that.
Stealing and cheating are grey areas - amount and what's the target would influence...

what would you cheat for? - people cheat all the time, lying is a form of cheating
would you steal? if you have used paper money in your life, you are basically part of a grand theft
would anyone kill - for 10 billion I would kill an ant

I'm reading a book right now called 'The 48 Laws of Power' (I highly recommend).
As I read the book I find that I grew up with the master of power and manipulation (my mother). She follows all the examples in 'The 48 Laws of Power' as if she wrote it herself and in growing up with that I take on a lot of the same characteristics.
In regards to morals and your questions: what amount would you drop your morals for, if you knew you would not get caught.....lots of levels, and you do not get to choose your victim, it is random task...
It's hard to say... perspective is everything. A person who has nothing might do anything and everything to get ahead.
Someone who has everything has no reason to rock the boat and put themselves at risk by cheating, stealing, etc.
Maybe a better question is to start at flat broke.
You have nothing except for the clothes on your back. You barely have a place to sleep at night. Your family is gone.
Where are your morals now?
Personally I would not cheat, steal or kill for stuff or to get ahead. If you want something you have to work hard to get it. It's in that working hard that you achieve.
Now let's say you have nothing but you were given the chance to gain 10 million by doing something against your morals.. what would you do?
You can do a lot with 10 million.
ha.. we should have a open ended section of the forum.. a section where we discuss stuff like this

That's why it is for great to hear a homeless person returning a wallet stories, some people were brought up well or have it in them regardless....
...and some people dont....I had a friend in my teens who would come to my house and stay over and steal something, like a pair of shoes or make-up or money, after a while I realised it and said she could not stay over, and I hinted why, she denied it, when I talked to her friends, it happened to all of them, but they thought they were one-off cases and were afraid to speak as there was no proof, she even stole money from her cleaner who could not afford it - this girl was very wealthy but was rotten and selfish inside.........my parents were friends with her parents and told me not to tell them, as they would be embarrassed!!

I have a lovely girlfriend who is a solid 9, a real smokeshow, and we have a kid. Still, if you would leave me in a situation where Rihanna wanted that D... Do you really think I'd turn her down?
would you steal?
I wouldn't steal a starving mans last meal, but I wouldn't have a problem stealing if I'd know that my act alone doesn't harm anyone directly.
would anyone kill?
100% YES.
Yes, killing is bad and I don't want to harm anyone, but if it was matter of life and dead, if my family was in danger... Yes, animal ****, kill or be killed. Anything to protect my family.
The problem with morals is that its very much situational AND if you don't have morals in some situations, you might have them in others.
I always tell my friends that its SUPER easy to be a nice person, on a high horse, if you have nice life, you are not hungry and you have a pension sitting in a bank.
Try being a nice person if your work sucks, you have not had any food for 24 hours and you just received a letter saying that you owe another £2000 for tax or something.
Morals are situational.
I have them, I regard myself as a very good, honest and nice person but I know how grumpy I can be if I haven't had good nights sleep and some food for half a day. Add few more factors in and I'm willing to consider all sorts of options.

This thing got me thinking and after spending about 7 minutes thinking about morals, I can confirm that I'm willing to do anything and it doesn't even have to be about the money.
I can't pretend that I would NOT do something and take my high horse(pony actually) **** to the next level and quote some Bible and stuff.
Nah, at this point in my life I'm too far gone. I've seen too much **** on Worldstar. At this point in my life, I need to teach my son morals... the ones I don't have.
