The CEO of Intel is a very smart man, much smarter than I will ever be. He got to his position by proving that he is worth $14million/year in salary and stock options. I only wish that AMD had the PR power of Intel but they dont have the budget or the man power that Intel does. |

| slokor | 02-09-2017 12:55 AM | Re: Watching Trump's inauguration This farce just keeps getting better and better...
Im sure everyone who follows up on current events has already seen this one:
"My daughter Ivanka has been treated so unfairly by @Nordstrom. She is a great person -- always pushing me to do the right thing! Terrible!
— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) February 8, 2017"
So I guess now the president has to intervene in the business matters of his daughter - cause that's what he was elected to do - get involved in what is at worse a business dispute between Ivanca Trump and Nordstrom.
Jojo2012 I would love to hear your take on this is and what your justification of his actions this time. Try not to make it too stupid sounding alright? And try to remember its OK to not defend moronic actions if they dont deserve to be defended. |
Re: Watching Trump's inauguration Senator Ted Cruz Congratulated a woman who is fighting MS......not sure if Congratulations are in order when someone is fighting with a horrible disease. |

Re: Watching Trump's inauguration Only 20 days in and it's pretty garbage news - tweeting Nordstrom for dropping his daughter's clothing line...ugh c'mon... |
Re: Watching Trump's inauguration LOL, So Trump now is using his Presidency to Bully Nordstrom because his kids clothing line is under-performing in sales, then he has his Goon Spicer also attack Nordstrom because he thinks it's an attack on Trumps kid.....WTF is happening to this Country? It's almost like a sick joke being played on us.
Oh and KellyAnne Conway might of violated a ban on Federal employee using public office for endorsement of product. 5 CFR 2635.702 Quote:
“I’m going to give a free commercial here. Go buy it today, everybody.”
| So this is what the Presidency is now, advertisement for his kids crap. |

This sounds like school ground bickering to me stemming 100% from
jealousy.
I want a president who can make this country safer, enact policy that creates jobs, supports growth, supports our military, supports our police, put together strategies to help every American live better lived day to today. And Trump is the man That's doing it, despite all this ridiculous BS that the left is throwing
At him.
The economy is doing better than it has in eight years jobs are being created he's about to simplify taxes like you've never seen before and you guys are worried about this petty little garbage? |

So youre saying the economy is at the best its been in 8 years because of trump's less than 3 weeks in office? Do you have any idea how absurd youre sounding? You just gave the Obama administration an endorsement because everything youre seeing in the economy now is the result of HIS administration and has NOTHING to do with Trump. The figures on the economy related to Trump's administration wont even be available for several months.
And the fact is trump is busier tweeting about nonsense speaks volumes as to his capacity and ability to lead the country.
And I cant believe you cant even admit that the way Trump and his people are handling this situation with Nordstrom is inappropriate and unethical. Figures though. A true Trumpist - always use alternative facts to justify why youre way is the proper one - even if its illegal and crosses all lines. |

He is the worst president we have ever had. And of course 20 trillion in debt.
The lowest labor participation market ever, and let's not even get into race relations. You have to be a complete moron to try and tell me that Obama or did anything that supported job growth, manufacturing labor participation. The worst president |

Quick question, when is Ivanka going to bring her clothes manufacturing jobs to the US? I also can't find anything online on a set date for that move to happen....maybe you can help Jojo? |
| slokor | 02-09-2017 06:34 PM | Re: Watching Trump's inauguration So 4.7% unemployment compared to 10% unemployment when he came into office - that's the worst ever?
Considering economists consider around 4-5% (depending on the criteria set by the country's government and those in charge of that are) to be full employment (yeah I majored in Economics) Id say that's pretty good.
Before you call me a moron you might want to pull your head out of your a$$ for a moment. Youre talking nonsense. The economy is doing better now after 2.5 weeks of Trump? And IM the moron? What does that make you then?
Go get a major in Economics then come talk to me little boy. |
| slokor | 02-09-2017 06:42 PM | Re: Watching Trump's inauguration To make things more accurate - The rate of unemployment when Obama was elected was 6.5%. The rate of Underemployment which is a better tool to assess the strength (or weakness) of the Labor market was 11.8%.
Those are FACTS. Those are cold hard numbers that no matter how much you try to twist around are on the record by the Bureau of Labor Statistics.
Or would you like to present us with some 'alternative facts again'?
Ya. IM the moron. And jojo2012 youre the smart one. |

Go get a major in Economics then come talk to me little boy. | The only reason Unemployment is that low is because people quit looking for work hence the lowest labor participation market in years! They don't count the people who quit looking for work because they gave up and such a dismal market. Obama's administration has been skewing the numbers for years they don't even count the first couple years of his presidency they make believe they never happened. |
