It was great until the scum of the USA starting rioting and vandalizing businesses and now engaging police and police are engaging with riot bombs.

Cannot disagree with that...

Protesting is fine. Never had an issue with it. Smashing stuff up though. That is just being a lout

Absolutely don't agree that it's a non event. It's important and solemn, and I don't think he is jerk.

Lol!

Lucky we have the ignore button.

No way is this event worthy of discussion

Re: Watching Trump's inauguration

If it is not worthy of discussion why you discuss here? My topic is asking if someone is watching the event (not someone who ignore it), as simple as that. Just stop trying to be clever by my view you are absolutely not, not smart enough, nevertheless, I am not going to ignore a stupid response here.

Re-read what you asked.

People replied they are NOT watching.

They have the right to do that and not be bullied when you over-react.

Here is a copy of the rules....

http://www.aspkin.com/forums/faq.php

Rule 6 requests common sense with political talk.

Pay attention to that.

Good Day.

Good Day.

You seem that you don't understand English.
All people replied they are not WATCHING but they are discussing but only YOU reply you want to stop DISCUSSING. You have no power to stop anyone's discussion. Do not try to be clever and it feels so good to tell you this. Only you here is over-reacting. I am trying to teach you reading every post's topic and it is good to teach you understanding you have no rights to stop anyone's discussion. I am not going to paste the related laws of this because I expect you google yourself.

You never responded to my "I love animals" comment, why is that? Do you not care about saving animals from slaughterhouse cruelty?

Riots are definitely not the way to go sometimes or are they? here are a few example of "riots" that happened in US History.....It's all about perspective, our views all depend on which side your on.

1834 – Anti-abolitionist riot, New York City, New York
1835 – Gentleman's Riot], Boston, Massachusetts
1837 – Flour Riots, New York City, New York
1844 – Philadelphia Nativist Riots, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (anti-immigration)
1853 – Cincinnati Riot of 1853, Cincinnati, Ohio
1855 – Bloody Monday, Know-Nothing Party riot, August 6, Louisville, Kentucky (anti-immigration)
1856 – Know-Nothing Riot of 1856, Baltimore, Maryland
1861 – Camp Jackson Affair
1871 – Los Angeles anti-Chinese riot
1874 – Election Riot of 1874, Barbour County, Alabama
1874 – Battle of Liberty Place, New Orléans, Louisiana
1894 – May Day riots of 1894, May 1, Cleveland, Ohio
1943 – Zoot Suit Riots, July 3, Los Angeles, California (anti-Hispanic and anti-zoot suit)

This one is probably one of the best know riots in our History:
the Destruction of the Tea in Boston (The Boston Tea Party)

The Boston Tea Party and dumping that cargo into the Harbor lead to the creation of a new country, now known to us as The United States of America.

Re: Watching Trump's inauguration

nothing wrong with thread, just should have been started in everything else initially.

everyone going to start to 'buy American' ?

I watched it live, only because I was able to, I would have watched it on the news later, if I had not been home...I thought the choir was beautiful...

he has already started to bring back and protect jobs in US, whats wrong with this...

I do not like his manner though, I would prefer to hear facts and examples of what he is doing...not repeating and hand gestures....

why are these people rioting? because he wants to bring in law and order? and their little world is affected by this...

I loved the wifes powder blue outfit and I like a woman that can match her shoes.....I find seeing them together a bit distasteful, too much age gap...His banter about women, distasteful too.....but nobody is perfect and a country should be run as a business, so it makes sense to hire him....

only thing is why you would want to stop basic healthcare for all? I know it is expensive but do people really die and not get treated? I do not understand the system that well, but find that shocking.......
