How do you maintain your performance to be at the maximum? Hello, guys.
I recently started paying a lot more attention to my performance. Cause I still have a tendency to procrastinate(wtf) or not push myself to the limits.
My current method:
I review my goals number times a day, I measure how much time I waste during my working hours, keep myself motivated, and maintaining my self esteem at maximum level. Doing weekly performance logs to reflect on my performance. Also, I have implemented a list of affirmations based on my goals.
I was wondering how many of you are doing something similar and what techniques do you use?
