How do people sell the iphone 3g s on ebay with contact?

I was wondering, I saw some people selling iphone 3g s with a contract. How do people sell it since everyone has to sign up for a plan. If they sell the iphone how do you forward the plan to them for the buyer to pay. I am not sure how people do it since it is mandatory to sign up for a plan.

Maybe the buyers have to send the seller their information? I would say the seller would have to be VERY trustworthy for that to happen though.

I don't think so. I think maybe they cancel the plan and pay early cancellation fee. I am not sure how they do it. I am certain that they do not do this.

I would say they cancel early like you said Yozalo. I believe its $175 to do that, and at the price they are selling them at on ebay, they are making a killing!

I want to know how these guys get away listing cellphones with contracts for 99cents then having links in the auction to go to a page to be "pre-qualified" for the service which basically dumps you to a store to buy the item. If thats not circumvention of fees idunno what is.

I do like that concept, though.

Wow, I never knew that these sellers do that. That is just wrong, and mostly everyone know that they can get an iphone with a contract.

some people already have contracts on tmobile and they buy the iphones and unlock them to work on tmobile network or etc

Yea, I was thinking that they did that but I decided that there are too many scammers and it was not worth loosing such an expensive item.
