| Based on everything he has said, no VC would lend to him without taking the vast majority of the company in my experience anyways and honestly, why would they even be that generous....
If it is has no value currently, can not be patented and with no sales history, who would loan him funds?
In this case, creating a brand and having sales is the only significant way to raise funds is my best guess.
Now if he can create an asset via copyright(and you really need sales to do this) or/and patent then that is a whole different animal. |
