Just looked through mine again. Sooo much money to be made! Especially if a person had a space to store a bunch of stuff and have yard sales on the weekends.

Lot of money in old appliances that need little or no work.

Gary's got a 'Trash Talk' series now where he goes around garage sale-ing. He does find items to flip at a profit but if they sold is another story. Factor in time, luck, gas, miles on your car, bust items, season, and supply and the hourly profit might not be so great.

Appliances is where it's at. Usually something simple wrong with the broke ones, and then there are the old ones people just want rid of.

There's a free standup freezer in my area. Works fine. An easy $100 or more to be made.
