Default iPhone down the drain! Literally! Had an excellent month!

How gutted am I!!

Was getting out of a friends car on Friday and my 2 month old iPhone fell out of my pocket and straight down a drain, didnt even touch the sides, it just shot straight through the bars! After about 20 minutes of fishing round down the drain with a net I eventually got it out! I dried it out best I could and had it in a bag of rice for a day and then in a bag of silica packets. I plugged it into itunes yesterday and it worked for about 2 minutes and then switched off again. So i put it back in the bag of silica and left it another day. I did some googling and found out that it sometimes just needs restored, so held the 2 buttons in and itunes recognized it (YAY!!) and started to restore the firmware, it completed it and said it needed to restart the iphone, the iphone then switched off and wouldnt go back on. I now have a totally dead iphone.

I am lost without it, but it kinda topped off my excellent month!

A few weeks ago I had my laptop on my desk and my cat decided to jump on it and knock it onto the floor. The screen looks shattered inside, cant see a thing.

A week later my ebay account (which is my only source of income) was restricted for 4 weeks. So I am currently living on my savings which are slowly running out!

Wonder what else will happen.

Geez.. what a run of bad luck.

I know if something happened to my iPhone I would freak.

I lost my iPhone for the first time yesterday.. it was lost a whole 2 hours but I had that deep sunken feeling of great loss. I found it eventually.. it was literally right in front of me the whole time.. on my monitor.

It doesn't add up to your loss, but I know what it feels like to lose something. :(

Hopefully things start turning around for you.

Plug an external monitor/tv into your laptop.. the monitor of one of mine is pretty wrecked and I use it as a hub and plug it into my flatscreen tv and control it via VNC through my wireless network.

Bootleg wireless monitor baby

Hmmm. Maybe you should buy an iphone on ebay and put your phone in it and return it. Lol. Yes, I do the same thing on my laptop too. I plug it into an external lcd monitor. I got good deal on ebay since I always look at there daily deal which is sometimes good.
