You shouldn't & you wont... Only use I see is for Store Of Value or sending large amounts of money across boarders ATM. It will be at least a decade before everyday purchases IMHO.

If I remember correctly you tried to get in to mining when cards were at or over MSRP? Bought power hungry AMD Vega's? Live in California where power costs are higher than average? I feel your pain.
I definitely agree with you, it feels like a currency that God would give humans to use.

US government, state & local law enforcement aka joint task-force has stole my money on multiple occasions.

I've also been denied 4 time already this year alone trying to send money Internationally.

And I don't consider myself to be make any big moves. Just a small time hustler compared to some of the people I personally know.

So it all comes down to perception and past life experiences. If you've never had a issue I can see why it doesn't make sense to you.

Totally fair. Which to my point, the general public doesnt face these types of dilemmas, and you need them to use it so value goes up.

Crypto is invaluable to those who need it. Just most people dont.

They never have, I just said that Bitcoin is a technologic marvel, banks are probably always going to exist, some will probably introduce cryptocurrency although their own coins.

same principle with ste.alth and this entire forum which is why i don't understand why so many people here can't fathom its uses. it will continue to take more time, but unfortunately, many bad things have to occur for people to wake up. just like they all have with PP, AZ, EB, etc.

just remember, with every mainstream platform for buying, selling, banking, etc....none of you have any control over anything. it can all end tomorrow. with crypto, the world is your's.

What're you gonna buy when the economy tanks with your BTC?

I was just thinking the same. I deal with people all over the world and the only people I know who have BTC or use it are shady ass Russians selling stolen identities or ⊗⊗⊗⊗ docs.

Question for everyone all for BTC. If you had a major problem such as, maybe IRS came and froze all your assets. What the hek would you be able to do with your BTC and at what -% would it take?

Newegg excepts BTC, Overstock excepts BTC & Most data centers except BTC. There's three just off the top of my head even at the bottom of the 4 year cycle. (while my wife is rushing me to go somewhere) You can pay for you testosterone replacement therapy with BTC...

I remember thinking, what seems to be not too long ago, that no one would want to buy products online when they cant see them or hold them in their hand. It seemed like an impossible concept.

Not saying this is the same, but it makes me know anything is possible, and I know it's impossible to envision the infrastructure that will be in place in the future to make it happen.

One thing I know for sure, is that the building of this infrastructure hasn't slowed any if at all, even with a 90% reduction in marketcap for the space as a whole.

absolutely remember that time. now all anyone cares about is who has the cheapest price. which is why sca.mmers thrive every day.

exactly. but people who don't follow the space wouldn't know otherwise. all anyone knows is what the national news tells them.

and i guess im the only one whose suppliers take crypto.

http://www.ushistory.org/us/48.asp

The Great Depression was caused by an excess in over production and not enough consumption. Uncontrolled rookie mistake fueled by human nature if you will.

https://www.thebalance.com/us-gdp-by-year-3305543

See down onto the table with Gross Domestic Product since The Great Depression.

With time, the difference in GDP growth rates over the years is becomming less radical. It's flatlining or stabilizing however you want to see it.

Crypto did the exact same thing, but the infrastructure wasn't there. No doubt it'll slowly climb back up. But it's going to be a while. I dont think another bull run will happen without some help from the media and possibly in coherts with big wall street crypto investors.
