Paypal considers comics risky on par with smart phones,there must be a lot of squabbles buying and selling comics,

Used household items work best. Used books, used old DVD movies. Low value as you'll want to start slowly. You'll probably break even or even lose a little on this stuff, but you gotta season your account and think long term. My motto is if you're making money on it, it's risky.

Paypal gets many dispute cases open,either item not as described or UA or item not received.
They can open disputes either on Ebay or sites or paypal.
