Indeed, many young people must learn how to spend money properly, and don't be so spending. I often see people who don't live according to their budget and then look for the guilty ones and ask for help from the state and everyone around.

It happens a lot. You should have consulted the bank's specialist and found out all the circumstances of such a case, but I can tell you a few guesses. Not really, they need to know the source otherwise it could be illegitimate funds. They are financial institutions, they need to comply with the law (just as individuals/businesses) do.
