Depending on what you need, most of these services mainly serve as guides and have forms packages that can be worthwhile.

I typically use my own legal forms and use Westlaw & Google Scholar for research.

For LLC formations, they are usually straightforward, just visit the Secretary of State's site to get the forms/instructions you need.
