We all go through a period of being mad at rsot for his incessant introductions. I even had him blocked for a while, before realizing he's actually a pretty nice guy and there wasn't any point in having him blocked. If you stick around long enough your negative feelings about rsot go away.

I'm sure he has his own reasons for being here, but they aren't any of my business.

I asked him why he's so active here in the forum many years ago (5+ years ago); if I remember correctly he said it was just something to do while he was at work... and he works a lot!

why not thank rsot for welcoming so many new stealthers that had their job suddenly ripped from under them?

you can always add more to the threads he replies to if you feel he isn't helping enough and get that 16 post count up

He must have a lot of knowledge, member for 10+ years and has the highest post count (i know a lot are automated)
He replies in a lot of threads with more questions and suggestions on the subject rather than answers which is good imo

Nothing wrong with a greeting from a long time member, it is not spam!

It's not so much the introductions that are annoying, it's his posts where he clearly doesn't read somebody's question properly and posts useless stuff.
