This paper estimates an R0 between 4.7 - 6.6...

An R0 somewhere closer to that range makes more sense to me, given the exponential spread we've been seeing every time Covid starts taking off in a new region.

Let's hope their estimate is wrong.

Everything we say now is pointless. If people can't govern themselves, someone else will do it for them.

They engineered and released it against us without thinking twice about a possible reaction. They have been testing public awareness for ages now and they came to the conclusion that +90% of the population is not conscious.

I mean they got away with 9/11 and all of this artificial terrorism bull****, why won't they get away with a "flu" pandemic!

If they pull this off (And I am sure they will), what stops them from unleashing a far deadlier virus in the future and maybe murdering the vast majority of humans if deemed necessary?


I am not a religious person, but lately I think I am starting to believe that the devil is a real thing!

I can't imagine there being a better chance of this virus spreading than with the people on that cruise ship. And it seems like they came up with something around an R0 of 2-3.

I don't think all people on that cruise ship got tested. I would love to know if central Africa has cases or not, that would tell us how hot weather will affect this virus. Nigeria has reported 1 case so far, but I am not sure if that's due to lack of testing or what!

I just want this thing to disappear and business to go back to normal :-/

It spread so badly on the cruise ship because of the pseudo-quarantine that was setup. There were no proper red/green zones on the ship once cases started to increase so a rapid spread was inevitable.

Dr. Kentaro Iwata (an infectious disease specialist who is a professor at Japan's Kobe University) posted a video on Youtube a week or two ago describing the disaster of a situation on that ship. He was forced by the Japanese government to leave the ship despite being the most qualified person to deal with the outbreak. The Japanese government put bureaucrats in charge of dealing with the situation rather than medical professionals and the results were disastrous.

He's referring to the small group of powerful individuals and/or organizations responsible for pushing the "new world order" agenda, wherein the entire world will eventually speak 1 common language and be ruled by 1 totalitarian government based in a certain middle eastern country.

I'm not necessarily saying I agree with that particular interpretation, but I'm pretty sure that's the group he keeps alluding to. :nerd:

The ones who blew 100+ billions dollars on biological warfare programs without you knowing anything about it.

The ones who destroyed the economy of your country and built China with your tax money.

A project of such a large scale would take a long time to put into place. The public has to be slowly convinced that one world government is in their best interests through decades of senseless and mostly artificial conflicts. It really started taking off as WW2 was coming to an end.. and it's been steadily progressing since then.

It took over 200,000 years of human history for the world's population to reach 1 billion, and only 200 years more to reach 7 billion. If you think there are a group of people meticulously steering the world affairs, you must also agree that they have been asleep at the wheels.

Governments oppress their citizens.
Political parties spend too much time disagreeing.
Corporations are so corrupt and greedy its sickening.
Groups and people increasingly disagree on almost everything.
Countries have nuclear weapons pointed at other countries. Only mutually assured destruction has ensured peace.

When everyone in a room has a gun pointed at the other person's head; clearly, no one is in charge.

Some are looking for a father-figure to blame for the world's troubles, so they came up with the Illuminati.
Others are looking for a grandfather figure to save us, and they've come up with god.

As Carl Sagan would say, "Better by far to embrace the hard truth than a reassuring fable."

6.8k yesterday, 8.5k today. Something like 1200 new cases in South Korea alone over the last 12 hours.

I think China has it figured out and will soon have it under control.

The rest of the world doesn't have the power china has and won't be able to control the virus as well.. if the summer heat doesn't stop the virus, things could go bad quick.

According the numbers published by the Chinese government, the virus has peaked already. However, there is still a chance it will rebound when people start going back to schools and work. Hopefully hot temperatures will make this virus disappear soon :smash:
