It's very location-dependent, as well. My local Publix looks like it went out of business, it's so bare. But while at a small-town beach last week, I had never seen such full shelves.

I literally took a picture of it because it seemed "artsy" to me. Nothing to do with panic situation. lol

depends how much they bought them for, $1.00 each on average? lets say they could sell them for $7.00 each plus shipping. $7.00 - 10% ebay fee -3% PP fee. Less the $1.00. Thats about $5.00 profit. 17,000 bottles x 5 = $85,000 ....Not bad at all. Would $7.00 be seen as a exploitation price?

Formula... you seem to be alluding to the prepper type people, but I DO KNOW people that buy their monthly formula at once. And you can imagine how much that is. Can't speak on regular people using it though... just guessing it's for preppers...

Where I'm from, back in the 80s we'd go to softball fields with our parents and watch them play. The toilets were built on a small bridge over the creek and went directly into it.

To THIS DAY, that county still has sewage drains running into the creek from houses.

I was thinking the same thing. The listing description says in big bold letters "THIS LISTING IS FOR A SINGLE ROLL" but most buyers don't read descriptions and will probably assume from the price that they're getting the whole package of TP. This guy is probably going to have some highly pissed off buyers this week as they receive their boxes with a single roll of cheap toilet paper inside.

Not just $20+ per roll, but $20+ per roll of the worst kind of toilet paper on the market. I wouldn't pay 10 cents for a roll of 1-ply Scott TP. :amen:

I meant to tell you this yesterday. Take your temperature occasionally, if you have suspicions of an infection. A key indicator of infections is a fever.

I don't know about their other lines of products, but the Scott 1-ply "1000 sheet per roll" in the worst toilet paper in the world, in my opinion. I used to live with a roommate who bought it. It's so thin that it slides on itself when you try to wipe.

To each their own though, lol. I prefer the store brand TP from Sam's club. For some reason it's a totally different product than the store brand from Walmart.

Dollar store has the best bang for the buck. 2.1c/sqft, 2-ply. Doesn't fall apart.

so the brothers that bought 17000 bottles of sanitizer. the attorney general went by their storage unit, and stole it all. If they broke the law, prosecute them. You can't just steal their ****. This was after they already said they were going to donate it all, after the threats to their lives from stupid people that don't realize hand sanitizer doesn't matter as much as they think.

But sure, they got labeled as people exploiting fear and panic. The government after all doesn't like competition

Communism's not so bad in a sense of its unity and cooperation, sometimes for the greater good. Rick and Morty has an episode on this. Freedom for security and unity or fighting over views for instability and progression. :juggle:

My God I can't believe people are still this stupid. We've already been through all of this crap. I hope you're a female, because any man who values 'security' over freedom needs a mental health assessment. You're not a child who needs Dad to protect you in exchange for following his rules. You are meant to be the Dad now. You can choose your own bedtime.

It's natural for a man to hate the government or anyone who tries to impose their will upon him. I daresay even in 'liberal democracy' most men hate our government and would prefer to live on their own parcel of land and live how they please. I couldn't imagine living under Communism, every fiber of my being would want to resist and take them down. Hence why Communist governments are never peaceful and need to constantly put down rebellions. We live under a microcosm of it on the internet and I certainly do not waste my time on mainstream propaganda sites. If those were the only sites I was allowed to access I would barely even turn on the internet, I would leave that world... well I'm already banned or 'disappeared' from most of it. So if that became real life I'd probably be lined up and shot to fall into a ditch. But hey.. Rick and Morty like it..so wubadubadoobedoo.

You really remind me of Bernie. I weep for this generation. I escaped communism. I came to America for a better life. Only to now see Americans, praising the merits of communism. How the hell did this possibly happen, in the one country in the world would be the last to ever go to communism. The country where the majority of the population would have rather die fighting, than ever to succumb to this garbage.

We lost the cold war. Communism really started taking off in USA in the early 90's when the soviet union "ended."

What really happened - the USSR got smart, started shying away from the idea of a nuclear armageddon, and started subverting the USA.

Maybe not, but it sure seems that way. It's amazing to me also how 30yrs ago USA was totally against communism but now we welcome it with open arms?

so far, it appears it only last on surfaces for 3 hours to 3 days. 24 hours on cardboard and 2-3 days on plastic and stainless. With how long it takes for china packages to arrive, I think you'll be fine.

All of our inventory shipments arrive 2 days after being shipped.

I realize it's a very remote possibility that I contract covid from inventory, but my understanding is that Covid-19 can live on certain surfaces for up to 9 days. I can't let my inventory shipments sit around in the office for a week before opening them.. so I may not be fine after all. :noidea:

Spray the packages down. Wear gloves when handing individual units that you might not wanna spray down.
