I am a bit surprised this thread is still going with the infection rate being nearly 0% world wide. What a freaking debacle these past months have been hiding from this invisible boogieman

How will they infect you ( seeing as how symptoms are what are spreading it), and how will your PPE protect you, where just not touching your face and washing your hands would help just the same?

Still a little while to go yet | Doesn't really change their statement does it? World wide, over 2 million people get the flu per day ( and that's if we pretend the flu is 365 days per year). What's 56,000 covid cases in a day really? The numbers we are all using, is complete nonsense.

Their mask will. And again, if they are out and about, they are asymptomatic. They are not producing all the virus laden particulates that someone with symptoms would have. your chances of not only being around a sick person, but also contracting it from someone who is asymptomatic AND is not sneezing and coughing, is negligible.
Here is the thing. There are things in this world that are more dangerous than this, that we take WAY less precaution against. 30-80,000 people in America die of just the flu, and that's with the huge amount of vaccines. and yet 10's of millions get it every year. We go on with life and view the flu as an annoyance. The vast majority that can die from covid, are going to be susceptible to dying from the normal flu. The flu kills the young and healthy. there have been something like 50 deaths of people under 25 in America?
Long story short, masks are for the sick, not the healthy. and a younger healthier person is more likely to die from many other things that they take a fraction of the precautions we are currently taking for covid.

If there’s only so much of something to go about and it is much better for it to go to people who do have a more pressing need for it

You never know ! | lol the masks are literally only for OTHERS to not get sick from YOU. How do you not know that yet? And the WHO just came out and said asymptomatic transmission is very rare. And this isn't air borne, so I'm not sure what you think is in your house, that the air cleaner is helping you with. Maybe some other stuff, but not covid.

That's something that would be easier said than done... unless of course a pandemic conveniently breaks out in the target country, giving you a reason to go on a crusade against them.
Now it's election season and the anti-china propaganda is strong.
I quit paying any attention months ago but that's how it seems to be playing out. American sentiment against China is at an all time high.
Who knows. There's always more than meets the eye.
