I have periods of CFS/ME when i'm just being a lazy fat **** but it can be fixed with a regimented workout and diet plan. You also need to go out in the weekends and have fun with friends. The more you are idle without exercising and continuously working & stressing, the worse it becomes.

Just imagine your heart and blood becoming dry & thicker from lack of excercise and being idle. You need to keep that heart pumping in a state of flow to keep the blood flowing like a river so it can easily travel where it needs to go, to all parts of your internal body. Do stretches ... jump around the house or in the garden like a kid. Anything to get the heart pumping.

The biggest disease of the west is being idle and over eating.

Yes! Oxygen is very important in fighting off almost everything, and increased blood flow is the best way to achieve it. And a little exercise does just that!

People who aren't used to having flu symptoms, are going to freak out and be scared of having contracted COVID....lot of scare to be had....

I get you - if people are wearing the masks, washing hands, not touching face, and avoiding problematic situations....ideally, the numbers will be lower...even flu incidence will go down.

But that's in an ideal situation.

had it first week of January

tested positive for antibodies in Feb

felt like a normal rough flu

about a month later I had random headaches and loss of taste for a week

back to normal ever since

I think most people have already had it, especially when 70% are asymptomatic

Antibodies only show up sometimes, and for only 1-2 months after infection. So unless your timing is good on testing, its hard to test if you've had it

Given that in January Covid-19 had virtually no public interest how do you know you had it and given it still hadn't gathered any meaningful attention in February how on earth did you get tested for something you almost certainly didn't know you had and the test kits weren't available!

I cant imagine living in fear of this virus unless you are older or are immune compromised.

If you are fearful and put your life on hold over this, you should have always lived the same paranoid life for the flu.

Im not traveling this winter, but not from fear, but from total disgust of how fearful people act.

Supposedly, some promising studies/research has been done on Vitamin D and this disease. I guess I'll keep taking mine lol

I had it early and got one of the first SK antibody tests. I have Dr friend that was able to order it, wasn't available to the public.

The girl I was dating got it from a coworker that had come back from Italy

Late Feb is when I figured I had it not cause of my symptoms (I don't remember having shortness of breathe) but because I remember the girl I was dating calling me in the middle of the night saying she couldn't breathe. She got tested for antibodies in March but didn't have them, apparently younger people have a less likely chance of getting the antibodies

Vitamin D - 2K daily is what I been on since Feb

Google THC and Covid, the Dr also recommends rolling blunts :spy:

The BS surrounding statistics about how they qualify a covid related death is nuts too. Its deadlier than your annual flu, but dramatically less than the media makes it seem.

Since you mentioned tachycardia, that reminds me of a friend of mine that had covid. Then about 2 weeks after testing negative, he started experiencing an elevated heart rate and other problems. Went to ER, then several Drs afterwards... turns out he now has a VERY enlarged heart. An enlarged heart that wasn't enlarged, 6 months ago, at a non-related scan.

This weird disease is wreaking havoc even on the people it doesn't kill, unfortunately. :(

Yes I did. I'm at least very confident I had gotten it. This was right before the madness happened, last week of February. I live in NYC, and as we all know NYC was the worst hit at the time for obvious reasons. Many had it, probably had no idea what it was though.

People keep using the word recovered. The vast VAST majority of people that got it, didn't even know they had it. Maybe we should save the word recovered, for people that were actually very sick :D

I've actually never met a Person that had major symptoms of corona, or someone that have anyone close to him that had corona.
Friend actually did have, but nothing was wrong with him, 0 symptoms.

My wife's immuno compromised, so I'm trying to play it safe.

My aunt and uncle had it, and they had it rough. Better to be safe for everyone around me, rather than sorry I wasn't.

They said by now,the virus has mutated,so some of us may have it but dont have the known symptoms
