Been searching for ages. But haven't found anything. Honestly, YT is just like eBay.
You have people buying YT stealth accounts which are already monetized, then they will upload content which they don't own and make money from it. By the time YT gets around to suspending them, they've already received the money in their AdSense and cashing out to their bank account.
The amount of people that I see doing this. There must be a place where they are all getting their information from. Please keep an eye out peeps and drop me a message if you find a forum dedicated to stealth youtube.
