As long as you dont use the same password for every single account you use youre fine - its just a phising attempt. A friend of mine received the EXACT same email a couple of years ago. Its nonsense.

I usually reply "go ahead and send the video to all my friends and family.. I've already sent them much worse videos." They never respond afterwards.
