If I list with a location like India in the listing but ship it from the USA without
scrutiny from Ebay?

What are you really trying to do? Make an account in another country to get around the SS requirement?

No, I want to make acct seem like it's in another country because Ebay gives some countries more room to eff up, plus it may seem more unlikely to be linked to others I have in general.
Plus I notice my competition doing it to. I want to make sure I'm cool trying it.

Seems like whoever buys the item would receive it very quickly - could be a plus point.
