 Mail Fraud,Check washing,Robbery
In recent years (since Cov 19),some cities have experienced USPS mail fraud,theft and even robberies.
The thief(thieves) will break into your mail box and steal your mail,they will even rob the postal carriers who open the big USPS mail dropoff box ,not just take all the mail,but his key as well.
Some keys can open multiple boxes in the same zip code .
These keys would be sold on some dark websites for a few thousand dollars.
Some are committed by those who work for USPS,any mail which is addressed to bank,finance co or cc issuer or one which looks like there could be a check/cash inside/
USPS is now installing cameras in some location.
It is no longer safe to mail checks or important documents.
also if you are depositing a check,use a sharpie pen so it cannot be washed
