exercise brings out serotonin,makes you feel cheerful .

Just remember your feelings are a chemical imbalance. Your hormones are making you feel this way. You need a boost of endorphines happy hormones. And regular doses. Do whatever it is as long as it's legal to make you feel this way it's not worth ending your life.

Bro exercise and eat healthy...you don't need drugs and bs it will make it worse long term
Lift weights or go running...running is the best especially outside...push yourself

Exercise and healthy eating can turn a life and mindset around it really can
