Costco has a problem, non member likes to borrow their friend;s membership card and get inside Costco to have a cheap lunch and buy ,now Costco is issuing card with your photo.
I never care much for Costco,,limited variety,eg cocoa cola, campbell soup and larger portion or you have to buy say 2 folger coffee or 4 campbell soup .
I dont find their prices so much cheaper, may be if you have a large family,it works for you.
My local supermarket sends me coupons each month, like buy $50,get $5 off, then it knows what you buy frequently and give you 40 cents off broccoli,60 cent off eggs,$1.50 off 1/2 lb deli meat,$1 off ice cream,$1 off seafood etc, sometimes free dozen eggs, one pint Haaze D icecream, free donut.$1.50 off rotisserie chicken etc..
I know why they give us $1.50 off 1/2 lb of deli meat ,as it gets expensive, few people buy and they get spoiled.
Costco does not stock all Campbell soups like cream of asparagus, cream of celery
And I earn points ,each 100 points is 10 cents off gasoline,$1000 points is worth $1
how do you know all of this stuff?

I get all these coupons.
I just did my grocery shopping yesterday and used these coupons.
we all have a supermarket where we shop on a regular basis and you get to know what to buy and when to buy .
I also go to other supermarkets where they have a larger selection of seafood,or veggies or cheese but it is a longer drive.
where do you do most of your shopping?

Alot of stores now will let you shoplift up to a certain amount, watching and building a profile on you.

Then once you’ve stolen maybe $900 etc, they pounce, this way the criminal charge is much worse than if they got you the first time around.

Some will let you drive away but then inform the police who will then stop you.

Lowe.Home Depot do,you see shoplifters drove away but they gave their license plates to the police who would stop them on the road and search their car, bags of misc tools etc with no store receipt.
Do you know why Home Depot stamp the time ,not just date of purchase on your receipt?
Handyman, contractors would buy a high ticket items like lawn mower and some lite items like caulking knife ,paid and loaded the lawn mower into their truck, then went back and pick up another one plus some small items.
At the checkout,he would show the lawn mower receipt and said I bot this but forget to buy something else so I am back, just paid for the small items.
Then in the next few days,he would return one of the lawn mower and end up getting the second one free.
Home Depot now stamped the time on the receipt.

my sales feel slow as well. I 've sold some things a couple months ago (hp google chromebook, barbie doll new in pack, the matrix trilogy on dvd)

now I have stuff listed that no one is bidding on I don't have any views on my listings (volkswagen car emblem, g-shock dw-6900 watch) so sometimes the sales are slow but we're gonna be alright just pray and be patient as I tell my mother.

Baby-related items, sure - iphone and electronics can be a headache.
