this is because evidence can be anything , like a chain of events pointing to something , even a witness statement. proof in this case would mean something substantial which proves something without a doubt

in reality people can be convicted of murder without a body and without any proof the person is dead , this happens all the time in germany for example

It has to be very very strong evidence in that case.

There is still a certain burden of proof that has to be met for the court to allow a prosecution. Just a single witness statement would not do it. That alongside other things then yes. But there must be several strong indications presented as evidence.

Is it fool proof - never.

That isnt the same as a conspiracy theory that quite often has 0 actual hard proof just a theory without anything really backing it up.

it is a fact that many judgements are made based on witness statements alone without any more evidence whatsoever , for example various rape allegations in the US for events that happened 10-20 years ago and one statement from one witness is enough in such cases , it does not take many

I can not call this here a conspiracy theory because there is massive illegal immigration taking place into the US and non citizen voting as well. both are known facts , only thing that is usually denied is that it is done on purpose

Again if this is happening on mass where is the evidence? Doesn't someone need an ssn to vote in the US?

as you see it is all about credibility , any kind of hard proof is not required by law

SSN is not needed , at least it is not obligatory , there are various forms of ID and it is a known fact that in many states they do not check whether you are a citizen so that you may even provide utility bills , bank statements etc.

in the US you can be illegal but you may get a driving licence , for example you live in NY so you go to IL to get a driving licence and go back to NY to use it as ID , the police are not allowed to check people's immigration status when they stop them in the street

actually this time it does , there is a risk of world war three since harris would be pushing the war against russia through european proxies. russians have been waiting for the elections that is why they do not react to western weapons being used against them and now also on russian soil during ukrainian invasion into western russia

if harris wins the elections russia will not have an incentive to wait anymore since negotiations will become impossible and it will start destroying the ukrainian army for good and will be taking over most if not all of ukraine

this is where the US will have to decide whether they want to go to war , losing ukraine to russia would be a major geopolitical catastrophe , the greatest US defeat in generations which may lead to breakup of NATO and the west

Has anyone here EVER voted? To vote you must show your ID and your SSN is recorded.
Explain to me how an illegal immigrant can pull it off please. Explain to m how anyone can vote twice please.
Then explain to me the nonsense about not needing evidence or proof to convict in a trial.

there is no federal law requiring SSN and ID but instead there are various requirements in different states making the system open to manipulation

Back in the old day,no one ask for your SSN,it is usually driver license,some folks have more than one voting card,when Bush junior run for president,he said please vote only once !
People have different IDs for purpose of getting govt welfare,for job applications ,sometimes they use the identity of others.
Once a PA farmer claimed 2 kids as dependents,Jack and Jill for 16 years until they past away,they turned out to be donkeys.(You see,no SSN was needed then to claim them asd dependents on income tax return

this is exactly the case but it also goes further , they may call out a pandemic again like 4 years ago increasing the number of postal votes drastically

I think that there will not be a republican president ever again , no matter political situation

It looks that way,as VP,Harris is rarely mentioned,and now all the past presidents and politicians cant sing enough praises of her?
Obama,Schlossberg(grandson of Kennedy),Hilary,Warren ,Clinton,and even Jimmy Carter will vote for her.
Promising everything,anything will sure get you votes !

I think Harris believes that if she does not give press interviews and argue over how a debate should be run that she can do a Biden and ignore the American public who will vote for her even though she has no stated policies and steals the one off Trump to not tax tips, even though she had the tie break vote in Congress to bring in 87,000 IRS agents to specifically police tips not being declared.
