I am still using oracle VM with wirelles or usb dongles running my stealth ebay, amazon, etsy, paypal, bank and more in the last 12-14 years.
What is your setup?

Paperspace for VM and IP, VCC with my Bank account for purchased Amz accounts.

Setups differ for platforms - I just use separate window user accounts for eb but not for az - trickier
