I am having a shipping fulfillment company ship items for me in the USA. I am going to ship items directly from my supplier which is in china directly to there warehouse in the USA. The problem is that the shipment fulfillment company will NOT pay any tax. Any help on to what I should do?

What's a Custom Broker got to do with a shipping fulfillment company?
They do different things.

Some of those companies are no more than drop-shipping agents. Immediate concern would be the delay to you in getting orders landed. Are there none for Canada? I perceive problems with possible customs duties for both the USA & then Canada.

What exactly have they offered to you?

Oooops....sorry about the spelling mistake. Was in a hurry to post it. I want to use a shipment fulfillment company from the usa since most of my customers are from there. Shipping costs alot from canada to usa. I want to ship items from my supplier in china to the shipment fulfillment company which is located in USA. The problem is that they will only sign for the package, they will not pay for any fees.
