Now if the marketplaces would just start preventing buyers who returned the item from leaving negative feedback, I think we'd be doing well.
If they've already got their money back it's obvious that they're pissed off.. why let them trash the whole platform with their hateful comments? |

Some really need the item and the item is not as described,they wasted their time and have to buy again.
Some are selling printer ink with expiration date of 2020? |

| Trying to find something you need on Ebay is not that easy,if it is not as described,you are wasting their time,then they have to file dispute and buy again .
I think Ebay has a policy,if buyer wants to leave negative feedback,he has to wait a few days. |

| might be OK is not good enough,usually if a person needs ink for his printer,he is running low on ink or ink has already depleted.
of course one could argue,he can always go to BBY and pay full price. |
