Now if the marketplaces would just start preventing buyers who returned the item from leaving negative feedback, I think we'd be doing well.

Some really need the item and the item is not as described,they wasted their time and have to buy again.
Some are selling printer ink with expiration date of 2020?

Trying to find something you need on Ebay is not that easy,if it is not as described,you are wasting their time,then they have to file dispute and buy again .
I think Ebay has a policy,if buyer wants to leave negative feedback,he has to wait a few days.

might be OK is not good enough,usually if a person needs ink for his printer,he is running low on ink or ink has already depleted.
of course one could argue,he can always go to BBY and pay full price.

Yah yah, I know. Buyers are entitled to their opinions and it's borderline illegal for eBay to block or interfere with negative reviews.


It's just frustrating. It's always the buyers you do the most trying to satisfy who leave the worst feedback.

Correct about the policy but the system of feedback should be better
