I would like to try it sometime just for the variety of excercises and diet plans not that I need to since my workout invovles mostly calisthenics and plyo's anyway. There's really only 1 excercise you need to get in shape though, along with the right diet of course, I do it every morning on my living room floor, it's called "the burpee" do 100 in 10 min or less and you'll be built like an olympic swimmer in no time. Drop down to a squat, hands on the floor, kick your feet back into pushup position, do the pushup, kick your feet back into a squat and jump up with hands above head. Do 100 as fast as you can in 10 min. or less 4 min. is tops. That's a full body workout upper body , lower body, core and better cardio than jogging for an hour all in less than 10 min. Just try it, you'll thank me after your first 10.
