my co workers were talking about this P90X workout. Apparently a few of them bought it. Wonder if they bought it off ebay?

when you use P90X,you need to keep doing it for 90 days at least,and then you will see the good result,but this you need much patience and much time.Tupac Shakur and shoot2kill were right ,this is really got you tried ,you can buy it from ebay or amazon ,or if you want more ,you can PM me.

P90X is very popular in the past two years,but now more people interested in insanity now,i donot see big different between P90X and insanity ,so i do not know why until now

I would like to try it sometime just for the variety of excercises and diet plans not that I need to since my workout invovles mostly calisthenics and plyo's anyway. There's really only 1 excercise you need to get in shape though, along with the right diet of course, I do it every morning on my living room floor, it's called "the burpee" do 100 in 10 min or less and you'll be built like an olympic swimmer in no time. Drop down to a squat, hands on the floor, kick your feet back into pushup position, do the pushup, kick your feet back into a squat and jump up with hands above head. Do 100 as fast as you can in 10 min. or less 4 min. is tops. That's a full body workout upper body , lower body, core and better cardio than jogging for an hour all in less than 10 min. Just try it, you'll thank me after your first 10.

Yes you will need that good muscle and perfect body for beating down all the p90x lawyers LOL even the chinese sellers are cautious about selling these right now since they have the picture and title concealed one way or another.

Do not sell p90x! The chinese ones are no way look close to the original version! There was a guide on how to tell the difference. It's really really easy to tell apart. First the size is not the same. The Chinese version is 1 inch smaller, and the p90x logo thingy is supposed to be on the flaps!

i had a buddy who did the p90x competition and he was pretty ripped up in 90 days. lost 10lbs in the first 2 weeks or fat and overall gained a mass going from a 190lb slob to 205lb mass. he also followed the diet strictly.

Most of it is in the diet, you can do any workout for years and you might be stronger and in better shape but you won't look ripped unless you follow a strict diet.

exactly why i stressed that he followed the diet strictly. i had to figure that out the hard way. i was always getting stronger but never the tone that i desired until i followed a strict diet.

Do you think its only 90 days, you got it wrong,

ITS a LIFEtime commitment , you will gain your fat or lose your muscle tone once you stop working out, SO its not really 90 days or 60 days......

Worst thing is you could gain more fat than you usually have if you totally stopped after the 90th day.

It's designed for people that are already pretty active, you don't have too keep following the program to a T, you can continue doing most of the excercises on your floor any time throughout the day or even just doing 100 burpees in 10 minutes can be enough to mantain your shape ecpecially if you can get it down to 5.

it is 90 days but like jbuntz said it's for people who are already active. you won't necessarily gain fat after stopping it for 90 days you just need to keep exercising and doing workouts. if anyone thinks that 90days of working out will get them fit and that is all they have to do. well then they're an idiot.
