Hi. I used to suffer from terrible acne.
This WILL clear it up and you WILL see great results within a few weeks. I also advise to continue with a process even after it clears up as it will help reduce the chance of future outbreaks.
Morning:
Wash using 'Aqueous Cream' (can be bought in most supermarkets / chemists) Its cheap and you get a lot of it in a tub. DON'T wash with anything else. Avoid soaps, shower gels etc. There full of crap that will irritate your skin even more!
Once you have dried yourself of using some paper towel dip it in some natural lemon juice and gently rub it over the areas where the acne is and allow to soak into your skin (wait around 10 minutes) You skin will probably tingle a little the first few times.
Next apply a thin layer of 'Sudocrem' to the areas when the acne is and rub in until you can't see any cream.
Lastly apply a good quality moisturiser to your skin. 'Simple' is a very good brand.
Night time:
Wash again using the 'Aqueous Cream' and dry yourself.
Ask your doctor to prescribe you 'Duac Gel' and apply a generous amount to the effected areas and leave to sink into skin. Only use this at night as it will stain clothing if used during the day!
Lastly apply moisturiser again. |
