Dont see how you did that without a SSN#..Here are GC terms ..What's a monthly payout limit? How do I remove this limit?

lunamoon 02-14-2008 11:24 AM

but i realy did that, and no problem so far, i never ever got limit access, and never give gc my SSC. like i told you the process above. i did not use gg adword whatsoever, i don't even know what that is, i just use my simple way..but it works i don't even know that gg can limit acc.....

lunamoon 02-14-2008 11:25 AM

you just verify your bank acc with 1 time small deposit. that's it

Chris Hanson 02-14-2008 11:48 AM

where are u from?

lunamoon 02-14-2008 11:56 AM

I'm from Bangkok, Thailand..I am getting master Here in US and will graduate soon...:D

ebayhateluv 02-15-2008 05:39 AM

I see now.....it says..."Most sellers won't have monthly payout limits. If you have a payout limit, etc etc"

SO-maybe its a credit check thing then?
GUess my credits Good?

Thanks, Chris !

Ballsack 02-15-2008 07:32 AM

Your account will indicate whether you have the limit of your payout. If it says $500 then it's $500. But since ppl are saying otherwise it could be they're not enforcing this rule for some reason. Business must be bad.

Mijusdek 02-16-2008 10:47 AM

Hell no it has nothing to do with credit, if so my payout limit would be $.67 a year! ;)

I've used GC for a few months now with no problems, I don't remember if I gave a SSN or EIN or not. I've never had anybody refuse to pay through GC, it's a familiar name and they feel safe with it. As soon as the auction is over i go to my email and send the invoice to whatever name and email they have listed on eBay. I've totally stopped using my propay account as well because of how good GC has been.

Chris Hanson 02-16-2008 11:09 AM

But what do you list in your auction to stop them from using Paypal

Just log into your account and check your payout limit. If it says $500 then you didn't.

Ballsack:
I was just being funny... I dont have anywhere in my google where i see a limit,, also--
that acct was like a "test" for me, I never intended to use it..
Like i said, its in a state ive never been.. the info on the acct not exactly
the best, if you catch my drift??

Ballsack 02-16-2008 12:40 PM

Click on "financials" or "payouts" There would be some mention of it somewhere if you never put down your ssn. They'll ask you if you want to remove your $500 limit.

ebayhateluv 02-16-2008 03:22 PM

Ballsack:
I'm Totally Serious... I dont see it anywhere.. Im not sure how to get a screen shot into the posts, or i'd show you..
Nothing anywhere about a limit.. Maybe it was a random thing, like paypal?? :)

Ballsack 02-16-2008 03:40 PM

That's interesting. How long ago did you sign up and were you given the option of selecting the $500 limit account using your cc? That would be one of three options.

lunamoon 02-16-2008 04:52 PM

i list dvf dress, and barbie dolls

No Problems.. :)

ebayhateluv - Do you give googlecheckout your real info (name, address, etc)

i did sign up with google early last year with all my real info (name, address, credit card) including my now banned eBay id, would they link my now banned eGay id and flag my account somehow?

Thanks

Chris Hanson 02-19-2008 05:13 PM

I gave them my eBay/Auctiva id because I remember I had to give it to Google in order to sign up for the AdWords account.

https://adwords.google.com/select/Signup1/index.html

I guess I better start from scratch and use an alternate Google account with my real information?

HI, Folks: Update/Answer to questions directed to me:
a.) I signed up last year in Sept/OCtober
b.) I Never used the acct, as I couldnt figure out how to generate the invoice to send to a buyer
c.) Modee came back from sabattical, and he showed me :)
d.) the last day of January, i had an off ebay sale for over $1,000
(I even split the tickets up, i.e. one for $370, $375,$396 etc)--which to the cc processors, is a "no-no"..they say thats avoiding authorization process, avoiding /side tracking their systems...
e.) I really didnt want to wait the 2 weeks for the ccnow pyt
f.) i used the google ckout for the 1st time
g.) i had no idea there even was a $500 limit
h.) I didnt see any movement for a couple days,, then i was in a panic,as in Amazon--you have to initiate the "transfer funds to bank acct now"
i.) so, after the weekend, the funds were there!
The acct is setup with an out of town address, the name i forgot, the password i had to recall, as i forgot that..
SO: I guess i got "Lucky!"...for once :))
---Would i try that again... heck NO!
